Bredonborough The sky is blue

08.13

Bredonborough.

The sky is blue with increasing grey & the sun has been shining upon a beautiful morning.

The Little Luvvie set off for Sheffield a few minutes ago. Calamity Jane is in rehearsals until 22.00 tonight, so we will not be able to cheer loudly for Peter Gabriel & T Baldy Levin at Birmingham NEC this evening. Disappointment for us both, and Toyah is an even bigger Gabriel fan than her husband.

We celebrated The Luvvie's birthday yesterday in a gentle fashion, visiting a garden centre off the M42 and acquiring two large terracotta pots to hold a pair of olive trees, already waiting, by our back door. Barbara & Beric came to dinner.

Meanwhile, I am in pain from the ongoing problem in my left leg. It varies between discomfort & excruciation.
